Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our facility.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your destination.
Standard domestic delivery is typically 3–7 business days after processing.

Order Tracking

A tracking number is provided in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking to update.

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. Orders cannot be redirected once shipped.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is marked delivered but you have not received it, or it is significantly delayed, contact us at support@vyrgromm.com and we will investigate with the carrier.

International Orders

International shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Delivery times for international orders vary by destination.
