Refund policy

30-Day Returns

We want you to be completely happy with your Vyrgromm purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Eligibility

Item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Include your order number and the reason for return in your request.
Items damaged during transit, defective, or incorrect on arrival: contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number for a replacement or refund — no return shipping fee.

Germination Guarantee — Seeds

We stand behind the quality of our seeds. If a seed product purchased from Vyrgromm fails to germinate within 30 days of sowing, when planted according to the included instructions, we will reship a replacement, free of charge.

How to Claim

Email us at support@vyrgromm.com with your order number within 60 days of delivery. Photos of the planting setup are helpful but not required.
Each order is eligible for one replacement per seed product. If the original variety is unavailable, we will substitute an equivalent variety.
The Germination Guarantee applies to seed products only. Non-seed items (tools, planters, kits) are covered by the 30-Day Returns policy above.

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@vyrgromm.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will respond with instructions within 1–2 business days.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

Items marked as final sale.
Items returned after the 30-day window.
Used or damaged items not caused by shipping.
Seed products already replaced under the Germination Guarantee.
